Power Endurance
We’ve added a Saturday session that starts at 7:30 AM. It’s a 90-minute power endurance workout that all are welcome to attend. Unlike our typical sessions, we start right at 7:30 and Zayne, Meg and I will be working along side of you. This Saturday went a little something like this …

- P1 Ski
- P2 burpees
- P3 KB rack hold
- P4 rest (in plank or squat hold)
- Rotate as needed until your team reaches 5000m
