What we’re enjoying now at The Core.

Power Endurance

We’ve added a Saturday session that starts at 7:30 AM. It’s a 90-minute power endurance workout that all are welcome to attend. Unlike our typical sessions, we start right at 7:30 and Zayne, Meg and I will be working along side of you. This Saturday went a little something like this …

In teams of 4
  • P1 Ski
  • P2 burpees
  • P3 KB rack hold
  • P4 rest (in plank or squat hold)
  • Rotate as needed until your team reaches 5000m
Rest 5
  • 30s kB sit ups
  • 30s flutter kicks
  • 2 Ab Roll outs
  • 10x
Rest 5
  • Calories on Dyne
  • KB swings
  • 3-6-9-12 … 24-27-30

  • Congrats to Angie and Alex both of whom got their sweat on with us this morning before receiving their CSUC Diplomas today!
