What we’re enjoying now at The Core.

Strength

Today is the official introduction of our 8-week strength phase. For those looking to increase relative strength, these workouts will be short, intense, and leave you pumped. Here is a sample of what some did today …

  • 8 Deadlifts
  • 8 Bench 41×1 tempo
  • Increase weight to your 8RM
  • Every 5 minutes
  • 5x
Then
  • 10 Dips
  • 10 pull ups or lat pulls
  • Increase weight to your 10RM
  • Every 3 minutes
  • 5x
Then
  • 10 Weight Vest Ring Push ups
  • 10 KB BOR
  • Every 2 minutes
  • 5x
