Interval Weight Training (IWT) is an intense type of interval work utilizing a combination of athletic lifts and aerobic exercise.

  • 8 Cleans or Hi-Pulls
  • 2:00 Row
  • 2:00 rest

Rest 5 minutes
  • 10 Front Squats
  • 2:00 Ski
  • 2:00 rest
  • 3x
Rest 5 minutes
  • 8 pull ups
  • 8 push ups
  • 8 sit ups
  • 8 goblets
  • 8 dips
  • 8 KB Swings
  • Rest 60s
  • 3x
