Boxing comes to The Core

Boxing Classes at The Core Begin May 28, 2019
- Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 PM
- Fridays at 4:00 PM
- Classes run through Friday, June 28
Starting May 28, with classes three nights a week, you’ll have the chance to learn to box. Our high-intensity interval training sessions are designed to sculpt your body and burn calories while relieving stress.
The Core instructors will lead you through explosive boxing rounds where you’ll deliver jab, cross, hook, and uppercut combinations. We’ll work your entire body on our 100-pound heavy bags, speed bags, and dual-ended bags.
If you can’t make the sessions, or you feel a little awkward? No problem — Just ask for a private session with one of us, and we’ll teach you the ropes. Get it?
