We are the place you go when you’re ready to start seeing real results.
There is no one-size-fits-all formula here, nor do we hop on the latest fad or craze. Through rigorous self analysis we are constantly analyzing, developing and improving our system. We’re just a bunch of ordinary folks who enjoy training with one another. We do this to improve our lives with workouts that challenge us — without pushing us beyond our limits.
What We Offer
At The Core you can expect a fast-paced mix of cardiovascular and weight training exercises. Our coaches create total-body workouts that help everyone meet their personal goals.
Any Fitness Level
All gyms and exercise programs are a bit intimidating when you first start. The best part about The Core is that every member — at any fitness level — can get a great workout under expert supervision.
Conditioning and Strength
Our strength and conditioning workouts are fun and fast-paced, incorporating strength training and cardio while addressing all the physical skills needed for a balanced, healthy, and active life.
Workouts are 30 to 60 minutes long, depending on your schedule, and include people of all ages and skill levels. Although these are small group workouts, you’ll receive individual coaching, ensuring you get the most out of every visit to The Core.
If you value the one-on-one approach, our personal training program has proven to be a great solution for individualized learning. We’d love to work with you and learn about your goals so we can create a custom, ongoing program for you.

What to Expect
Show up at your convenience. There are no class times.
- Choose your training time ranging from 15-75 minutes.
- Work with a trainer to learn technique and guide you through your workout.
- Build power, strength, coordination and speed.
- Relieve stress, increase endorphins, and feel good!
All of our members spend time with their coach before joining our groups sessions. These sessions are used for goal setting as well as learning the correct way to perform the movements we practice so you enter the classes feeling comfortable and confident.
Nutrition is another major component that affects performance, weight loss, energy levels and more. The Core Nutrition Program offers customized solutions based on your body and your goals.
Each of our boxing workouts consist of one to three-minute rounds where your trainer will lead you through a series of punches and kicks on the speed bag, dual end bag and our water filled heavy bags. We’ll teach you and demonstrate how to execute each move through the rounds.
We love to mix it up and have fun so we typically host surprise classes once a week, such as:
- Step aerobics
- Rowing classes
- Butts ‘n’ Guts (tones your glutes and abs)
